2. Account Registration and Security

You are required to provide accurate information during registration. Providing false or misleading information — including false date of birth, false name or a mobile number that does not belong to you — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — your mobile number and password — confidential. You must not share your account details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdtk6 support immediately. bdtk6 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

bdtk6 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. KYC may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address or a photograph of yourself holding your ID. KYC is mandatory for cumulative withdrawals exceeding ৳20,000 and may be triggered earlier for accounts that display unusual activity patterns. Failure to complete a requested KYC process within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions until the process is complete.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdtk6 accepts deposits via all major Bangladeshi mobile banking and bank transfer methods. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance in real time. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. bdtk6 does not charge any fee on deposits regardless of the payment method used. Deposited funds must be used for betting and gaming activity — they cannot be deposited and immediately withdrawn without any gaming activity taking place, which bdtk6 treats as a potential fraud indicator.

Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for standard amounts to bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Larger withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not previously completed KYC, you may be required to do so before a withdrawal above ৳20,000 is processed. bdtk6 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there are grounds to believe that the funds involved are connected to bonus abuse, fraudulent activity or a security concern requiring investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdtk6 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer as published on the promotion details page at the time the promotion is active.

The following general rules apply to all bdtk6 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

  Wagering Requirements

  All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable.

  One Bonus Per Account

  Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per registered account, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, different mobile numbers or different devices connected to the same household constitutes bonus abuse and will result in suspension.

  Expiry of Bonus Funds

  Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically. bdtk6 will not reinstate expired bonus balances under any circumstances once they have lapsed.

  Bonus Abuse

  bdtk6 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, and withdrawing bonus funds immediately after meeting wagering requirements without any real gaming activity. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus winnings forfeited.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bdtk6 are final once confirmed. bdtk6 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being incorrectly settled, bdtk6 will investigate and resettled the bet according to the correct outcome. If a game or betting market is offered with an obvious error in odds, prices or terms (a "palpable error"), bdtk6 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous terms.

Sports betting markets on bdtk6 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh national team matches — are settled according to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or forfeited, bdtk6 will settle bets in accordance with its standard match-abandonment policy as published in the sports betting help section.

Live casino games on bdtk6 are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes in live casino are determined by the game studio's certified RNG or by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by live dealers under controlled studio conditions. bdtk6 does not interfere with game outcomes. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdtk6. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation and may be permanently closed with all funds forfeited if the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on bdtk6.vip — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of bdtk6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit or use any content from bdtk6 for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from bdtk6. You are permitted to view and use bdtk6 content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorised use of bdtk6 intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk6 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: financial losses resulting from gambling activity; losses arising from technical errors, server downtime, connectivity interruptions or game malfunctions; losses arising from the actions of third-party game providers; and any loss of data or unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability is not permitted, the liability of bdtk6 shall be limited to the minimum extent required by law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bdtk6 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on bdtk6.vip with an updated effective date. Your continued use of bdtk6 after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
